If so , any ideas on how to delete those dx9 files so it wont be that way all the time when i get on eqemu?

If your Video card is incompatible with the latest EQ Client, you need to go and buy a new one. EQEmu requires no graphics drivers at all, since it is just a server, but it requires the EQ client to connect to it ...now that the client requires DX9, you need a new card :(
