Default Just a simp question

My friend wants to create a server but wants to make it a dr3 server; here inlies the problem: his eq files and what not are already patched to live as of today. Is there any way to still run a dr3 server off of his system with it being patched and all or is he screwed? I told him to do a system restore, but he hadnt patched in several months and i think could only play dr1 servers...anyway thanks for the help

Yeah he can easily run a 5.7 DR3 server with patching to live. He won't be able to play on it, but he can run it just fine. If he wants to play on it he has to know someone with those files and get them from them. Don't ask for them here or you will be banned. But why can't he just run a DR4 server? The bugs will get worked out soon.
