1017 Error, Who knows the sollution?

I have my server up and running, Everybody can log in on it, Play around on it as far that is possible without spawns but when iam trying to login to it iam getting a 1017 error and the server gives a message like this: " bad opcode #fdfdgfd"

Iam running Internet connection sharing under Win2000.
I already tried another router program but that gives the same errors.

If i play and run the server on the same computer then it all works but i prefer to have the server program on another computer. he he

Anyone knows how to solve this?
