Account Password

I've lost my password for one of my EQ emulator accounts "a login account". Where/how can i get the password sent to my e-mail? Pease PM me with directions on how to do it. Also, is there a way to delete an already existing account? or do i have to keep it? Again, please PM me with instructions.
