Moble Object Editor?

has anybody created a moble object editor.
looking for somthing that outputs source files for the sql databases.

if not would anybody be interested in creating one with me?
i took some C++ and studios classes a few years back and remember making software to search/edit sql databases. but as far as the structure of the data, "Well that knowledge was lost somewhere between McGregors, and The Bar on Collge Ave."
