Default static spawns

I recomend the admin tool (2.3) Make sure you make the chance field 100 percent though or else the zone will crash. Easy way to spawn stuff is to go to a location, #loc, and jot down the coordinates. Then in your admin tool, you can pop those coordinates in.

Default static spawns

Maybe you need to exit the zone and restart the server. I find that I have to do this sometimes when I create new spawns.
