Default My Server need some help

Hello i'm making a max level 65 pvp server just for people who don't like the tz/vz i wouldn't know why, but im bored might as well and get one running i have it running. and ect it's been up for like 6 days now and iv been testing stuff out

But i wouldn't know how make people start pvp. or like when they die you can loot a piece of gear or something. or anything like that and that damage seems to be messed up in pvp. me and couple of friends started testing pvp 65. with gear ect, and we all ways miss. like constantly or we hit for like min damage 8 - 300 crits. with one hander's i know this is not normal and i wouldn't know where to look to fix this. if someone could please message me on aim it's allways on this is the pc i'm running the server on john23162316 thanks. i just need a few minor fix's would be awesome if someone would help me fix this. message me anytime.
