Making Items?

Ya i wanna know is there a program to make your items on your or whoever server? cause on Krusher's theres a Sword of Life and stuff and i wanna know how I make that :

afaik though only the serverop can make items because they have to recode the db to include them. would be nice if krusher or joblin would put in Mark of Stabbin or Mark of Berzerker.
though all i really want is a pimp dagger same stats as sword of life called Stabbin's Death Blade that has a sweet particle effect.

Yes there is a program to make items, and it is really easy.

Has the item editor, and spell editor. I have used the item editor and its pretty straight forward, use other items for examples. I haven't used the spell editor.
