Extreme newbie question

Okay, this might be one of the most stupid questions ever, but I have tried everything. And I have searched the forum, but been unable to find anyone with the same problem.
The problem is that I am unable to create a character. I get to the character creation screen, and I can choose race, class, skillpoints, name,gender, and face. But then nothing happens. According to the manual here should be some sort of a "next" or "save character". Could it be that I don't have the Lucin extension, or that my version of EQ is some sort of free downloaded version? Or is it just me?

u using eqw? make sure u hide the task bar because "next" is all the way at the bottom =)
