Default Hopefully easy to answer questions

Lordrac and I from Dork Towers have been working on a few things, some of the ones he asked in another thread, http://forums.eqemu.net/viewtopic.php?t=6962 And the ones I have.

1) I was working on trying to get the proper Zoning in placements in our DB, we have the right locations but our facing is all screwed. Is there somewhere to set the direction you face when you zone in or are we stuck with it for a while?

2) Tradeskills - does the skill determine what "bag" you combine things into? I noticed there isn't any forges or ovens or anything in the town, there are the portable ones. But we are concerned that later on when a warrior <for example> tries to combine a sword and hilt in a "red scabbard" < as it is in the epic quest for EQlive > that it will combine into the sword of choice or is there nothing set up for that tool yet?

Thanks for your attention - and to the developers for letting me play EQ again without all the arseholes and annoying people that Live had. It's much more enjoyable.

Well i can help with the trade skill portion containers are what decide skill check(right now) u can edite them to whatever you like thow i have made some planer jewel/sewing/homemade forges,for pop armor and they seem to work well wont let you combine in other containers so skill checks are working per containerif u set combine outcomes and process to be red sca., only should work just fine

CVS code now supports placeable forges thanks to Lethal Encounters. There is an objects table where you place the forge item, and location, and it will spawn in the zone. He's working out the exact details, so right now when you click on the forge, it spawns into your hand, then you can combine from there, but the forge doesnt go away. Still need to figure out how to click on it and open it from there as opposed to doing it that way, but the forge can be placed and sticks around (no more in use messages till that one gets figured out..lol..)
