Loading items FAILED!

I had a running server until I got cute and decided to update my 6.0 DR2 to the latest CVS, Jan 19, 2005. Now I get "Loading items FAILED!" in my eqemu_error_zone.log and my server does load and people can log in just fine, but there are no items on any merchants, no loot that drops in game, no one can summonitem and everyones inventory has disappeared.

in my world log file I get:

Error: EMuShareMem: DLLLoadItems: !ItemsMMF.IsLoaded() (timeout)
[Error] Error: Could not load item data. But ignoring

Anyone know why my items wont load? I did double check my DB and I do have entries in my items table.

p.s. I am using PEQ Kunark DB

because items arent done yet, CVS is the Devs version of the code which means it isnt always ready for people to use.
