Default Faction problem

Ok I made 2 factions of npcs that are meant to fight eachother. I spawned the npcs and they did just that, but when I killed one, I lost faction with the other. So say mob #1 is faction A and mob #2 is faction B: instead of losing faction with faction B when I kill #2, it drops my faction with A and same thing the other way around.

I noticed something else, now the creatures on the same faction are attacking eachother. I wish I could find a good guide on how to do this stuff

That should explain faction a bit better.
