Starting zones and tutorial button

I have a couple questions/observations

I am trying to make all new characters start in PoK. I am following the directions in this post and it all looks good but all my characters keep starting in Crescent Reach. BTW, I am running Windows 7 and the SoF client on my locally installed private server (1052).

And, I have disabled the World:EnableTutorialButton in the variables table but the Tutorial button still works.

Any ideas.

In "Rule_Values", change "World:TutorialZoneID" value to 202. That will send them to POK instead of tutorialb. As far as each start city, that's a little more in depth than my very limited knowledge can explain.
