Default Unified Quest Interface
I was wondering if anyone knows what the Unified Quest Interface is going to be ?

Added preliminary unified quest interface, didn't test it on linux compile so
tell me if there's any compile errors and I'll fix it (currently does nothing
but I need it for later!)
And by the way KLS, it did compile on Debian.

my guess it has something to do with expedition and quest journal window. they both kind of work together especially in DoN expansion.
