Server is really well put together so far, even a casual player like myself 90 minutes or less a day can progress pretty reasonably. Tiers up to 7 currently, and augs just got put in, so besides hunting aa's for gear, can hunt augs to improve your gear/weapons. Turning out to be really fun.

The idea of the server's pretty well executed - I do enjoy the scaling of spells, dmg, pets, etc - That was really well done and interesting enough while leveling.

Wish I had known before investing as much time as I did that the server was 100% soloable. I've made it through the first few tiers of content and for the most part there's 0 challenge to it - Like all solo servers.

The idea of aa's being currency, and each tier dropping more currency, without bosses or npc's dropping items (especially no items on bosses - Wtf?! Why even have those npc's in then?) makes the server one long, obvious treadmill.

Now, I understand that most servers are just "treadmills" (all mmo's are to an extent) - It's at least veiled behind mechanics, random boss drops, currency systems, challenges, etc to keep you engaged. After a couple of tiers of this aa treadmill, I lost interest - Why grind just to grind, so that I can grind? There's no incentive to try bosses (not that they're hard or have mechanics). Essentially its the leveling up experience from any other server... Permanently (minus leveling up lol).

Anyways, I liked the execution (polish) and your base systems Kingly - Hopefully the idea takes off for you, but definitely wasn't my cup of tea.

I'll probably try it in a while once the hosting issue is resolved and perhaps more added to it!

The server is honestly a solo server through and through. The idea behind the AA grind is to allow people to hop on for 30 minutes and level up some of their stuff or do whatever else. I like the idea of a solo server meant for casual players.

Of course we have players that want to box 2 or even box 6, but that's their choice and it's completely unnecessary to do so.

Just a list of stuff on the server:

• Accessory items for every non-visible slot, secondary slot, range slot, and ammo slot that rank up to 100.
• The ammo slot item increases the statistics of your pet by 25% per rank and allows you to keep your pet inline with melee classes.
• Direct Damage, Damage Over Time, Heals, and Heal Over Time spells all scale based on your Charisma.
• Melee, throwing, archery, and skill damage all scaled based on your Strength.
• AA Tokens drop in leveling zones starting with Kael.
• AA Tokens start from 1 AA and go to 5,000 AA in value.
• Custom commands for quality of life and ease of access.
• Leveling zones with a hotzone modifier for 1-70.
• Tier zones for progression post 70.
• Custom Epics with modified effects.
• Augments that increase your statistics and make your damage scale higher.
• All NPCs are on a 15 minute respawn timer.
• Instances NPC for Tier zones.

There is a lot more that has been done to the server, but I can't remember it all. Feel free to come check us out and see if you like the way the server has changed.

I 100% endorse and recommend the server for solo players. As Kingly points out above, it is a very GOOD server with many features - Hands down.

I stopped playing because you said there was a Reset coming,and i saw no point in continuing.

Would love to restart tho,great server a little bit heavy on the grind but its a fun grind imho.

ETA on reset?Or did you decide not to do one?

After a long night of coding, I fell asleep and forgot I left some status checks in the loot and progression NPC code and players were unable to use the NPCs, get items or Platinum to drop, or even progress. This has since been fixed.

A little update -

1. AA Tokens dropping has been disabled, this is due to them being slowly removed from circulation for future content.
2. The Tier progression has been changed from just farming Tier shards endlessly to instead require you to get a Tier Mold, Class Shard, and the previous Tier piece and hand them in to Forgemaster Ezekiel.
3. Statistics on armor have been drastically decreased in order to allow for future content on the server.

The server will be transitioning in to a closed beta. During this beta, the entire server and its progression will be changing and shaping in to something less linear.
