Help!

Here's my prop...
I can connect to the server YES!!! YESS YEEES!!!
i make a new char and choose and blaablaa put stat points and other stuff then I click next and BUM there come an error
"EverQuest has detected that your client may have crashed."
and then the game screen goes away.
help plz!
