Default Question about creating a small server

I'm not sure where to post this, so please forgive me if it is in the wrong forum. I have a question about the specs for running EQemu, and that is, if you were to only to load, let's say, four zones at a time, and only played with about 3 people, would you need to have the specs given in the guide? Or would it take much less of your resources?

The Emu doesn't need a lot of ressources.

A P4 1400 MHZ, 256 MB RAM, Geforce3 / Radeon 9200 should be enough.

actually, if it only a box for a server, you don't even need that for a video card...
I see a lot of peeps bragging about having this great high-end video card on their server box, when it is not needed at all!

What you need is ram(rule of thumb, the more the better) and a high bandwith pipe(only if you plan on having a lot of peeps on your server at one time) and of course a decent CPU.

Just my 2 cents...
