Lost ACCOUNT password

I lost my ACCT password, not the forum one but the account one , is there anyway to reset it or retrieve it? Would hate to lose all my time on there cuz i forgot my password =/ thanks in advance for help, sorry if this was stupid, but hopefully easily answered
