Yes, port 3307 would be fine for a second installation of MySQL.
Just update the eqemu config file with the new port.

Got a new host of issues on windows 7 I am discussing here (click here for the new topic.), Any feedback would be welcome, I know i more than likely didn't source right. How can i correct this problem? Not sure where I went wrong.
