Hmm, just to make sure it doesn't have anything to do with database...

using my DB

make sure you have the db.ini from EQEmu0.31 in the same directory and run
import eq31lurker

then change db.ini to database=eq31lurker

if import gives ANY errors post them here

Then try starting the server and see if it is working

Actually since it is a tcpip error in world I don't see how it could be the DB, but...

Might as well post your boot5zones file too

*Grabs at straws*

world is still giving
Unable to get the host name. Error: 11001New TCP connection: 68.113.168.176:467

but the zone servers are not giving any errors?

hmm is that error line actually like that? looking at it it seems like it should read
Unable to get the host name. Error: 11001
New TCP connection: 68.113.168.176:467

and port 467??
