Yea .. If you flagged the
account as 255 status (or whatever status you flagged it), then the whole account will have access to the commands that are not GM Specific (i.e. #si). If you had a friend with a different account test it, it probably won't work for him. Or you can make a test account and test it yourself.
Either way, it seems like it's your flag level and not the addon.ini file.
