Scept of destruct is in the original DB with those current stats, no?

Hmm, maybe I have a crappy item DB, but NONE of the Warlord's Armor is in mine, and my main is a warrior :P

I have damn near 99% of SoV items added, with a good chunk of SoL items added.

I will trade you that DB *IF* you can find the item graphic # for Bloodfrenzy and a hatebringer.
