have you a minilogin server on a PC and client in another computer ?
All hints on this post are for a Minilogin server and client on SAME computer.

Ok Ifound a solution =)
the problem was in ports
I had in xml login server port 5998
and in looginserver.ini 5999 =)
5999=5999 or 5998=5998
and game works thank for help everybody ^_^
last question how to promote to gm?
