Yeah, that is what I am going to try now, since the driver did not work. Is it possible i got a bad torrent when downloading the cds?

It's definitely a possibility since you have no control over what the uploader has done to the files before uploading.

And with that I must inform you that pirated copies of Everquest are not supported on these forums.
