I kinda have to agree with Munkie tho, you do kinda go over the top with rewarding items. At a time I was the only person with an Edge of Agression, next day after only like 3 events most of the other tank characters had one as well. =(

Oh well, at leaste Im the only level 74 + I still have the coolest name. =P

ive had fun while on server even tho you just sit there and pvp and do event's that are alot of fun , and being almost the only cleric there isnt too much fun since you gotta heal everyone but ,
i got a 175/15 wep on my monk off of kerafrym i was still hitting as hard with my legit weps most of the time , my legit weps often hit harder but overall it's a ok server

Fist of the Fire Tryant = bugged...it dosnt hit for what it should, plus the weapon procs Strike of Solusek...2750dd...I made a character after i got GM status taken away and went to the arena...its almost impossible for new commers to beat the people who have been there for a while because its not evened out, I like legit weps myself dont know about everyone else but i think its stupid to hit for 1000+ average hit

Let me handle how I want to do things, when I need opinions about "loot" I'll ask for them.

We don't have pvp events every day, you know that. I do enough regular events as it is, and they /random on the loot..so why does it matter how much i put on it?

Lol..dont look like im retired eh...do u see me on ur server? nah, and i didnt say anything about PvP events.....PvP itself is pointless because of the weapons that u give out at events, and theres not much to do on ur server if someone isnt running events all day...they go to the arena and slaughter eachother in 10 hits, im just saying this because maybe someday youll open ur eyes and see whats going on...ur server is gunna go to shit it wont last, and i will continue posting as long as im able =) Good luck

Weapons, yeah....you complain about the new comers?

Take this for instance..in EQ Live:

A level 65 come to the arena and he's in, let's say, velious armor.

He gets there and there's a level 65 in Time/GoD armor...they duke it out, and the Time/GoD person wins.

Of course the new comers aren't going to win, that's why I do regular events. It's the people that play there, and work for their stuff that are going to be the winners. This, is why the Time/GoD guy won. Because he put in the time and effort into getting that good.

Also, don't give me that crap about how the Fist or whatever stinks. When I showed it to you, you were like:

"OMFG L33T ROFLFLFL THIS SO PWNZ!~`1. TIS R MY NEW WEAPON "

Hey bud i hate to break it to you, but how the fuck do you compare this to EQlive? and yea i did think it was uber until i tryed it and it was fuckin broke....You give out too much shit, people are there 1 day for 1 hour maybe and they have 125-15 weapons FT 10 items, the only think that separate newcommers from people that play on the server is weapons, maybe if the armor was a little more balanced people would have more fun, there is no reason for people to hit for 1000+ unless everyone starts out with 10khp which people can just about get that max hp, im not trying to give you my opinion just proving a point...You cannot separate new commers from people that have been there since the server started, you have ur head to far up your ass trying to put "uber" events togeather....which my events that took me 5 minutes to think about blew urs away, the lag is too much to handle ur #size 40 Cazic thule's with 200,000,000hp + the adds u throw in...and if you dont want me to post then dont answer? genius

What's wrong with hitting for 1k? Plus, everyone already does start out with 10k hp (with gear on).

I think Munkieex should have dropped this with the first post.
If you're retired, forget about the server. Don't come on it.
There's nothing hard about that, is there? Not really.

If you're going to come here and complain, at least stay with the server so you can make a difference and try to make things change, I don't see why you leave and then whine like a little baby.

Running this server is like running a guild, people leave, complain, and don't stick around for any changes.
Hell, what if the server went to semi-legit, and we did a char wipe? I have a feeling you'd come crawling back asking for a GM position or a position to start messing with the DB and play with new items.

I dunno if it's just me or what, but I think you're an ass for even replying after you said you're retired from the server, period.

If anyone starts a non-legit that's up 24hrs a day even if it's not 7 days a week let me know. I've been playing on Winter's Roar, but it stops being fun around level 11 or 12, so I'm looking for something a little more fast paced. I'm running into the same problem I had on live where I'm spending far too much time trying to level (and medding) and almost no time exploring and questing. That and even on live EQ always feels like it's still in Beta. I don't know, maybe I should just give up on MMORPG's in general.

yea sometimes non-legit servers are alright but dont ya think it would get boring being a god and doing wat ever killing watever u want in 2 seconds thats why i play scorpius i think is how u spell it's server it really fun legit and not hard to lvl me myself have a lvl52 pally atm =) it feels good to know ur earned it instead of going #level 130 or #summonitem teheheh =P.


but im not here to flame some people straight from EQlive love that stuff that are sick of waiting for there epic mob to spawn :-( that was a pain in the arse btw cuz i got ksed when he finally popped rofl. so i say good luck with that meh friend

We do stuff to keep the players playing, it's not just:

1. Log on
2. Summon gear

And, that's it. No, we do events and stuff where people have to actually work together.

But, no one gives it a chance - they just go to legit =/
