Fixed this to actually bring your enemies to a crawl and extended the fear and snare by 6 more seconds. It is extremely powerful now as it was intended to be.


TWISTED ANIMATOR: SONG OF THE MARIONETTE: 32 SEC CD, MANA COST 3840, LASTS 12 SECONDS
• SPELL SLOT 1: Snare all enemies around you for 12 seconds.
• SPELL SLOT 2: Spell Trigger -> No Escape
• NO ESCAPE: Fears all enemies around you for 12 seconds.
• SPECIAL: Double Mana for Half Duration.
• BARD SPECIAL: -24 CD MANA COST

NOTE: Visions of Victory is a monstrous buff and newbie Oracles will not have the power to cast it right away. They'll need to get their mana up through gear to be able to use it.

Interesting find. I first read that phrase in Stephen King's Nightmares and Dreamscapes.

I also missed a line in Jon Irencus' speech.

Is it the same as before though where certain spells can allow overhaste?
