PvP Points Global quest possible?

Would it be possible to write a quest that will make each pvp kill give you one point? If so can someone point me in the right direction. I know you can make a global quest so all NPC's would give points I got that to work using Trevius's quest as a guide...but as far as switching that from NPC kills to PvP kills...it doesn't seem possible. I'm just trying to get around coding something, my coding skills are pretty noobish....although I guess it would be a good learning experience

If anyone has ideas on the easiest way to go about what I'm trying to accomplish though I'm all ears and would appreciate anyone steering me in the easiest direction to take this.
