Default NPCID and npc don't look how they are supposed to?

So I am trying to spawn a [RA'TUK Screambringer] ID 283016 but so some reason the model is coming up as a human, not the kind with the arms all out all scarecrow style just a regular human but he is as tall as the screambringer.

How can I fix this as this has happened with other Id's

Each zone is set to only load certain models/races. You can't load a race into a zone that isn't set to load that race unless you do some modifications to your client files. If you load an orc in Crushbone it would work fine because CB is set to be able to load orcs. Certain races are also known as global races and will work in any zone, but that is only about 20ish non player races (Spectre, Cazic Thule, New Orc race, etc) total in Titanium.

So If I change the zone_type in UQUA from 1 - 255 would this work?

How do you go about making changes and to what tables?

You can't change anything on the server to help with this. You have to change files in your everquest directory. There are some text files named after each zone. Those files contain information on which races to load when the zone loads. There is info on how to make those changes, but I don't have a link to the post where it is discussed offhand.

But, any change you make like that will require anyone on your server to make those same changes on their client install too for them to see the race you want instead of just a human model.
