zone server disappearing

I've got a 57dr6 server up and running, everything boots up just fine and everything seems to be all peachy. After a while a few of my dynamic zones start to disconnect and i cannot connect up to them all. In other words they disappear from the server list when i issue the command /server. When i look at the window group for all y zone servers, it shows all the server as still being booted. (*i'm running windows xp pro sp1)

When the zone servers disconnect there is no message indiacting that they have crashed or anything they just disappear from my /server list.
