Support::General Support Post all topics here having to do with errors while trying to connect to an EQEMu server but not about the setup/running of the Server itself.

Default server level cap of 85
I did some looking but found nothing. is the Max level 70?

no. there are quite a few servers with level caps exceeding 70.
