error code at launch

I am receiving this error right when I launch from the PatchWR.exe

-- ERROR String not found (303)

I was having the problem of getting a black screen after the log in screen so I reinstalled EQ and patched up to date when I saw

I let the WR patcher run and it updated.
Are there any registry entries that eq does not get rid of when uninstalling?
