Move toon from non-workign zone

I have a toon in a non working zone... again.
The first time, I just changed the zone directly in the table using webmin server, and the character became lost. Its no longer on the account, and using Georges tools to select that character crashes the program.

I have tried using his item and character editor, but even though I change (and save the character) the zone, it doesn't work. I have even re-loaded the toon into it, and the zone number I changed it to is still there. I even went as far as completely logging out with the client, changing then, and then logging back in to no avail.

Any ideas?
