Default Connecting to my own server

I'm just... confused to a million degrees. Sorry for being a complete tard, but I have about nine faqs open right now, from three forums.
Here's my steps:
Install Titanium
Look for an hour and a half what I should install next
I installed AX_Classic... from this link:
http://forums.nahunta.org/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=317
Followed that readme
Followed this faq: http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka...akka=PlayGuide
Ran EQEmu GUI 2.0.3, started MYSql, Started EQEmu Server

And now I have no idea what to do. I created accounts through 127.0.0.1. Another FAQ tells me to change my equemu_config.xml to my server name, and to change "<address>127.0.0.1</address>" to my global IP address. Not sure what that is, my global IP address in EQEmu GUI says that exact address. Should it be my actual IP address, and should I change all instances thereof?

I'm basically trying to create my own server, for my own personal use and a few other people (who will have to connect through the internet). I've got the Useful References Links open, but I just don't know what I'm supposed to do. I think its running, as it loads up no errors, but I have no idea how to connect to it.
Again sorry, but after browsing for hours, there's too many "Faqs" and some are dated, or not towards what I'm talking about.
