Default Everything running too fast?

For some reason when I log into the game on certain servers my toon and everything in the zone runs like it is on fast forward. I mean my toon runs fast the npc's run fast the animations are fast etc. It does it on my server and a couple of the other low population (probably new) servers.

Anybody come across this problem? Wouldn't think anything should be corrupt in my eq1 installation. Only changes are the ones needed to run the emu.

i have not run into this problem personally but alot of my friends have, usually it was a directx or videocard driver issue, once they updated their drivers it was fixed. something to try i guess
