Any reason why #npcspawn add has so much trouble with long names? I'm having to #npcedit name to something short before I use it else my npcs wont appear on repop.
It guaranteed works everytime so it looks like a name issue - can someone investigate? Kinda annoying for GMs
I believe names are limited to 32 characters. Any longer than that will either be truncated or will cause other issues. How long are the names you are having issues with?
Also, in some cases, you may need to restart the zone to have all of the new NPCs populate properly. If the zone is dynamic, you should just be able to zone out and back in to see all of the properly created spawns.
