Plane of Sky - Spiroc Island

On PEQTGC - The mobs on the spiroc island respawn immediately upon death. This goes for the Spiroc Lord as well.

I killed about 30 spirocs and they just kept spawning, did the same with the Spiroc Lord, killed him about 10 times and he just kept spawning.

Sirran the Lunatic never spawned and I believe its because the Spiroc Lord never triggered him because he was always up. So I was unable to get to the next island.
