Default Wrong On death spawns

I am having a problem with a 6.0dr2 servers using PEQ Velious.

This is the problem...

When a player dies.. the first time or so he will pop at his spawn point or bind point, But after a while they start respawning in in wierd spots that are not even based on the safe spots in the zone. Like in Cabalis.. after a few respawns after death a character will be respawned over some water and not be able to move or anything..


Anyone know if this is server or database related ? All zone safe spots and such have been checked and work.. it's just an odd thing that happens once in a while.

I've been having this problem too, not only with dying, but when being rezzed and casting gate as well. It seems the server is sometimes not using the proper bind locs, but I haven't been able to track down why yet.

Anyone else been having this problem? Or possibly know how to fix it?

I'm also having this problem on Empire. When a player dies or gates, he is sometimes stuck underworld. He does not happen all the times though, it's just random...

It's why I've coded a php script that allows the player to move his char to his actual zone safe point... it's the only fix I've found so far as I don't know c++ at all...
