Reload this Page I click play game and the screen immediately goes black

Support::General Support Post all topics here having to do with errors while trying to connect to an EQEMu server but not about the setup/running of the Server itself.

Default I click play game and the screen immediately goes black
Not sure if its because i am playing on a Samsung Galaxy g9 monitor or something else? I am not computer savvy at all so i am at a loss.

I'm having the same issue. After I select the server, my screen goes black with only a small silver border and stays there. Even Ctrl+Alt+Del does nothing. I have to hit windows button and restart to be able to use my PC again.
