Injured Polar Bear missing from Permafrost

It seems (at least in the 2015-02-13 source) the 'an injured polar bear' is missing from the caves underneath Vox's lair in Permafrost. This named bear drops the 'Barbarian Hunting Spear'.

Just reporting as it's a drop often pursued by Shaman, as it is a wisdom range item...
