Titanium Issue

Hello all.

Here is my setup.

OS: Win10
Server: x64 Akkas Repack
Client: Titanium

When I open a tracking window in Rivervale, it is blank. 25-30 seconds
after that, I get the "You Have Been Disconnected" message from the client.
The tracking works fine in other zones from what I can tell. RoF2 doesn't have this issue.

The only thing I'm seeing server side is this:

Can anyone replicate this?
