Default Server not showing up on server select screen?

i get a error Error: LoginServer::Connect: 'TCPConnection::Connect(): connect() failed. Error:
10060' any idea on whats going on with this?
im useing winxp with firewall off anyideads on what this error is?

any ideas or if you need more info let me know i start my server 30 times aday hoping somehow it will show up

Your loginserver.ini doesn't look quite right to me.

First, you have two [worldserver]'s, which isn't right.

You should have something that looks like:

[LoginServer]
loginserver=newlogin1.eqemulator.net
loginport=5994
worldname=Server Name
worldaddress=Server IP Address
locked=false

[WorldServer]
Defaultstatus=Your Default Status preference
Unavailzone=

[LoginConfig]
ServerMode=Standalone
ServerPort=5999
UplinkAddress=
UplinkPort=
UplinkAccount=
UplinkPassword=

[ChatChannelServer]
server=localhost

Try that, and also forward ports 9000, and the ones in Boot5Zones.bat if you are behind a router.
