Default perl compile and custom merchant help

how do u compile the server files using perl?
how do u setup custem merchants,"set skill npcs" and spell like what Sha's revenge or empire has when u log in

oh and the instructions regarding perl in my second post, the one above this post, arent 100% accurate. They are the step by step instructions for perl on a linux platform. Read my last post in this thread to learn about getting the IO::Scalar install into perl on a WIN32 server.
