The Hero Chronicles is a solo-friendly progression server with custom shared community-driven systems, account progression, and a focus on long-term character growth.

Current Progression:
Classic → Kunark → Velious → Luclin → Planes of Power

Race Unlocks:
- Complete Classic Tasks → Iksar
- Complete Velious Tasks → Vah Shir (Luclin)
- Complete Luclin Tasks → Froglok
- Race unlocks are account-wide

Rebirth System:
- Reach max level, then Rebirth into a new class
- Keep earned AA progress from prior classes where supported
- Prior-class AAs can remain available, but only your current Rebirth class can continue upgrading its own AAs
- Rebirth is currently capped to keep builds meaningful and controlled

Purity System:
- Gear can grant Purity, increasing character power over time
- Crafted, quest, armor set, raid, and era gear are being tuned to feel more natural and rewarding
- Augments can contribute Purity when equipped
- Bots and pets benefit from Purity scaling

Solo + Bot Friendly:
- 1 Bot supported
- Bots are intended to scale with your build and gear progression
- Pets can use a dedicated pet gear bag for equipment and pet-focused bonuses

Bazaar Service NPCs:
- Maris Reclaimer appraises eligible gear into second-hand currency value
- Sella Secondhand sells appraised second-hand items through a controlled stock system
- Master of Conversion can convert eligible gear into ALL/ALL versions using platinum or Conversion Coins
- Bone Collector lets players trade bone items toward faction improvements
- Rebirth Historian explains the server history and Rebirth direction

Conversion Coins:
- Earned through gameplay over time
- Used for eligible gear conversion services
- Converted items are No Drop to keep the system personal and prevent trading exploits

Expeditions:
Private instances are available for progression and farming zones.

Challenge Content:
Boss Rush and era-focused challenge content continue to expand as progression moves forward.
