ive tried multiple others servers, somtimes eq just crashes, somtimes it say in a pop up window " an unknown server error has occured" im running windows XP and i dont know what server software, but seeing as im not on my own i dont think that info would help, if anyone has an idea of what is going on and how to fix it if possible would help a ton, thank you.

Might want to post in detail what you have installed, etc. Telling us you have a problem with something without helpful information from your end doesn't help us out at all.

Hardware? Version of DirectX? Videocard drivers? OS? Version of EQ? You're leaving out all of the vital information that helps us troubleshoot. Try being less vague and post all relevant information. We're not all phychics.

Maybe the mods should make a sticky about this. It seems that when people have issues we always get the "my game crashed" or "I can't get in" posts all the time without any vital or helpful info.

This is no means a stab at you Bolthog123. But seriously, you need to help us help you. This goes for everyone. Posting that your game "crashes" or "you can't see the server" doesn't help anyone out with resolving your issues. I don't mind helping people out, but for everything holy in the universe, post all relevant information for crying out loud!

Are you using a fresh install of Titanium thats never been patched to live?

Have you looked at the other dozen threads dealing with crashes like this?

Have you tried the fixes related to editing the ini file?

you have to have a fresh install of titanium.... go read before asking for help the wiki is a good place to start.

Hell reading sticky's and announcments at the top of the forums your posting in is a good idea too.
