Default New PEQ database release

Just an FYI, KLS put out a new PEQ database this week. There has not been one since Oct 2010, so there is a great deal of fixes with he GoD zones in there.

Thanks all for the update. Quick question though...What .sql's are and are not included in the \EQEmuServer\utils\sql\svn with this update? The latest rev (I think) was 1751. Or was this just a straight content update?

As far as I know everything should be in this one. Since the rev is higher than the patches, I am nearly positive.

Downloading now... thanks for the heads up.

Has anyone tested this yet? (I don't have a "test" instance built as of yet).

rev1751 is based on the eqemu rev at the time of released. I just simply download it and renamed it peqdb1900 so I know which sql need to be applied such as the recently upload 1908 required sql in case my db gets screw up and I need to resource my db again.

Does this completely replace the last database or is this an update from where the last DB release left off? I guess my question is, do I need both?

This is what I would do. Backup your entire database, just to be sure first. Then import in the last SQL that KLS put out. If I remember correctly from looking at the structure it did a replace statement on everything.
