Are their any programs that can ZOOM into a picture, without making it blurry? Lets say i want to read some TEXT In a picture, but when i zoom in, it gets blurry =( Can anyone help?

if it was a hard copy of the picture, i would say just go to a local highschool and ask if u could use a microscope those are best at doing stuff like that. Besides, I saw it on PayCheck <gay>
