Can't seem to log on servers at that menu

I have been able to login to the Scorpious world twice, but haven't been able to since. And I can't seem to join that world now or any others. Even though I see plenty to try out. Any ideals here?

Make sure you have patched to live.

Make sure you downloaded the eqclient file... it worked for me when i was getting that problem

I don't wish to sound stupid, but here goes anyway. You say make sure I have patched to live. I did download the latest patch, and I did the shortcut with everquest.exe adding the words patchme, so I am not sure if there is anything else to that I am not doing. How would I know if I did it correctly?

Make sure you dont have a firewall up. If you do you need to open it to the eqemulator.net server port 5995.
