Crash At Char Screen

I decided id try eq emu out so I went and following the play instructions i downloaded the latest past, Duh its not accepted yet, well i went and got winter roar's patch. And I can login thank gosh. But when I create a character and select skill points ect. and press next it crashes.

I am new at the EQ emulator stuff too but at least I know now why I can't play yet. I suggest that you read the rest of the general support stuff. You will find the answer to your question.

I got ya, BUT I got the scorpius patch which fixes that

Oh...so you didnt patch to the latest live? I thought you did. IF you did then that explains why things will not work. Anyway have fun if you do have it working and I will wait until the next emulator release that works with the latest live patch...
