I'm not sure whats up never seen a bug like this anyway been working on Plane of Sky.. and disabled this feature in zone table (set it to 0) anyway after that I zone to regular zones and see NPC's floating 2 feet above the ground ??

So do players that I summon there to test it...

not sure if anyone else has experienced this or not, maybe something to do with the plane of sky.. (AIRPLANE)

Well not sure what kind of problem it is on your server. I had just gone into Plane of Sky on my server to test it out. All my npcs work fine, and no character levitates..
