I was hoping to find a server which would let me solo all the way, but as far as I can tell, it's not currently an option... I assume they crash and burn quickly, but i've only got a short holiday and it would be nice to try. I have titanium and am trying to get SOF but there are no sellers in my country and shipping is expensive so it might be pointless.

I don't know what minilogin is but it sounded similar? I wanted to create a server if servers like this don't exist but i don't know SQL. I confess I'd much rather play a souped up version of some servers like "hidden forest" with customised gear and tasks! But beggers can't be choosers.

Is there a guide an absolute noob can follow e.g install this version of mysql, run this batch file, etc?

minilogin is simply a private Login option you can set up for your server so people (or yourself) can connect to it DIRECTLY using your IP, without using the officially Emu Login server list.

RE: Hidden Forest and Solo play - the new progression line we are working on right now, is completely dedicated to solo game play (1 char+bot) - check out Paineel/Warrens, and Stonebrunt is coming next.

re: guide- simply open up a wiki and start reading from "making your own server topic" and from there on. There are hundreds of pages of information there, and you need to know a good half of it to get anywhere =)

Irreverent's server is a good solo server, but it is hardly fast. It is meant to be more like PEQ-solo (sorta I guess - hard to describe, but check it out).
